About your Fortune Book
01What information do I need?
Your birth date, birth time, sex used for chart calculation, and birthplace. Confirm the Gregorian or lunar calendar and any leap month. The birthplace must be resolvable so the local time zone can be applied; if the birth time is unknown, the Fortune Book is calculated for 12:00 noon.
02How long does it take, and must I keep the page open?
The book is prepared chapter by chapter and is usually ready in about 15–25 minutes; it can take longer when there is a queue or a retry. You can leave the page and check progress in your account. If progress stalls or preparation fails, follow the retry instructions or contact support.
03Is this a digital book? Are chapters charged separately?
One purchase includes all seven chapters of this edition, online reading and a complete PDF. There are no additional chapter charges. The PDF becomes available when the whole book is complete; work in progress cannot be exported. Printing and shipping are not included.
04How is the book generated? Is it written by a practitioner?
The BaZi and Zi Wei Dou Shu charts are calculated by software from your birth details. The text is written chapter by chapter by AI from those charts and checked automatically once complete.
05What if my birth details are wrong?
Before payment, edit your details and confirm them again. If you discover an error after payment, contact support with the order or book ID and the correction needed; handling depends on the order and preparation status. Updating your account details does not rewrite an existing book. A separately requested new edition requires confirmation and purchase.

For a failed preparation, use the retry option shown on the page. If it cannot continue, or you find a content error, contact support with the order or book ID, chapter and specific issue. Details are used for charting, generation and account storage. Necessary chart facts are processed by the configured AI provider. Account data and content are generally retained while the account exists and as needed to provide the service; payment and security records follow the privacy policy. Use the available settings or contact support for correction or deletion requests.

Annual readings cover the reference year and the next ten: eleven years in total. Monthly readings start from the solar-term month you’re in when your book is prepared and run for twelve solar-term months. If they cross Lichun (Start of Spring), the book marks where the next year’s cycle begins.
09Are solar-term months the same as calendar months?
No. They begin at solar-term boundaries. The book provides date ranges in Beijing time, and does not force Zi Wei lunar months to match solar-term months by number.
10Which Chinese writing variants can I choose?
Books are available in Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese for Taiwan and Traditional Chinese for Hong Kong. An existing book keeps the variant in which it was created; changing the interface language does not translate it.
11Will this book update itself next year?
No. Each book uses the confirmed birth details, reference date and Chinese writing variant. You can return to that edition. A book for a later year or another new edition requires a separate confirmation and purchase.
12How do the Destiny Book and Fortune Book differ?
The Destiny Book focuses on character, strengths and chart structure, organised by topic. The Fortune Book follows life stages, decade cycles, years and months across seven chapters. Choose according to whether you want to explore personal characteristics or changes over time.
13Does it guarantee future events?
